ZERO Sugar Nutter Butter Copycat

0 Sugar!!

0 sugar substitutes!!

0 Honey!

WHAT???

If You love Peanut Butter, You will appreciate this.

If you don’t… appreciate it with almond butter! Or Sun butter. Any nut butter will do!!

My 3 year oldΒ  has a Youtube Channel. Ellie’s Sprinkles!! In fact, on a laptop or desktop computer, if you go to our homepage you can see her featured video every week! How cool is that??

So on her youtube channel she posts recipes, and school activities. She posts every Wednesday!! That would be today. We have made some goals, and one of her goals is to make more things herself. So now she has made mac n cheese, sandwiches, soups, cookies, cakes, breads, cupcakes! She makes what she wants! I just supervise and do the cutting and oven handling.

Without further adieu…

NUTTER BUTTERS.

Makes (at least) 24 small nutter butters.

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • More Peanut Butter

Combine 1 cup Peanut Butter and 2 eggs.

Spray a baking sheet very well.

Place 1/2-1 tbsp. balls of dough on the sheet- this part depends on what size you want.

Bake for 8-12 minutes (depends on the size) at 350* degrees.

Meanwhile, make the filling. Jk, the filling is literally Peanut Butter.

Now, if you want it sweeter- add some powdered sugar.

Creamier- add cream cheese.

Sweeter, but less guilt- honey!

So many options.

But trust me… your kids will eat it even with no sugar. Mine sure did!!
